Tips for Adding Steps to Daily Walking
Some tips for ways to add to your daily steps are as follows:
- Park far away and walk. (Could save your car from dings in shopping centers too!)
- If you live in a big city, try walking instead of taking a taxi or subway.
- Elevators and escalators are your enemies take the stairs.
- In an office building, deliver walk to that cubicle instead of calling or sending an email.
- Walk for lunch or have a light lunch after walking.
- Walk in place while watching TV.
- Take walking breaks at work you will feel more alert and can get inspiration during the walk
